PLC Engagement
Why
It is up to each PLC student to take the steps necessary to elevate a greater societal purpose above individual achievement, accruing titles, and beyond the boundaries of personal privilege. In PLC, active engagement and service are not the tally of hours to put on a resume, but mindsets and lifestyles.
How
The Engagement and Service Team empowers PLCers to create positive change through investments of time, talent, and energy, emphasizing the importance of diverse perspectives and reflection.Ìý
What
The Engagement and Service Team empowers PLCers to explore the continuous process of learning, serving, and reflecting by consistently providing various opportunities to serve throughout the PLC, CU Boulder, and Colorado communities.

Service to PLC is essential for all PLCers, especially staff members who are so involved in the program. It is very important that we can give back to the PLC community that gives us so much. While service to PLC hours are only required for student staff members, service to PLC opportunities can be used as experiential hours for other PLCers.Ìý
