Buff pride filled the air at the 94th Alumni Awards event, the official kick off of Homecoming festivities and one of the university's longest standing traditions. A variety of awards honor some of CU Boulder’s best and brightest alumni, faculty, student and staff members. 

The Research & Innovation Seed Grant program—designed to stimulate new areas of research, scholarship and creativity on the CU Boulder campus—is accepting proposals through Jan. 22.

Each year, the Best Should Teach Awards honor CU Boulder faculty, graduate instructors and local K-12 teachers at an annual ceremony. Student nominations of professors are due by Nov. 1.
