Call for Paper, Panel, and Poster Proposals El Centro de Estudios de Asia y 脕frica (CEAA) at El Colegio de M茅xico, Mexico City, is proud to host the 2025 Western Conference of the Association for Asian Studies annual conference. This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥淩esilience, Cooperation, Progress.鈥 In the face of rising isolationism and populism globally, how do citizens, scholars and activists maintain ties? How does civil society adapt? What kinds of connections can be made to overcome isolationism? 听 We invite submissions for panel and paper proposals with a wide variety of themes, but hope to encourage conversation with this year鈥檚 theme in mind, including conversations between Latin America, North America, and Asia. 听 We look forward to your contributions and to fostering meaningful discussions at this year鈥檚 conference!
